Offerings & Experiences with Jacqueline
1
Weekly Yoga
Weekly classes across a range of studios and styles offer a chance to come back to the body and breath — whether flowing or settling into deep stretch.
Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to support strength, mobility, and presence. Clear, intuitive cues guide the experience, with space to move at your own pace.
2
Sound Baths
A sound bath is a meditative listening practice that immerses the body in vibration.
Participants rest comfortably while instruments such as crystal bowls, rattles, and chimes are played with intention, supporting deep relaxation and encouraging a therapeutic response within the body.
3
Moon Circles
Moon circles are intimate gatherings designed to come together in ritual, reflection, and creative practice. Sessions may include journaling, somatic movement, sound baths, and other moon-inspired activities.
Each gathering is unique, thoughtfully crafted around the energy of the full or new moon being celebrated.
4
Private Sessions
Private sessions are personalized experiences in sound, yoga, or meditation, designed for individuals or small groups. Each session is tailored to support participants’ specific intentions and needs.
These sessions are ideal for exploring deeper benefits or for sharing a restorative, connected experience with friends and family for special occasions.
